BURNSIDE STOCK MARKET. PES PBESS ASSOCIATION. Dcnedin, June 13. Fat cattle i 209 head yarded. Competition Was fairly good and values ruled at about last week's quotations. Best bullocks L 9 to LIO IDs, medium to good li 6 10s to L 8 10s, best cows and heifers L 5 10s to LB, others L 3 15s to M los.
Sheep: 1074 penned. For all good to prime wethers and ewes prices were fully equal to late rates, but medium sorts did not meet with the same demand. Best wethers, 21s Gd to 245, extra heavy up to 265, medium to good 17s (id to 20s (id, best owes 17s to 20s 6d, eitra heavy up to 26s (id, medium to good 14s 6d to 17s. Lambs: 88 penned. A large number were not fit for export and in consequence prices were not so firm as Inst, week. Best lambs 15s 6d to lfis 9d, extra heavy up to 17s 3d, medium to good 13s (id to 14s 9d. l'igs: 192 yarded. Porkers and haconers formed the bigger part and values were slightly easier. Suckers and slips were in short supply, but were not as firm as at last week's sale. Suckers 4s to 7s, slips 10s to 14s, stores 18s to 23«, porkers 24s to 31s, light baconers 38s to 425, heavy do 45s to 48s.
