DEATH FROM HEART FAILURE.
HIS LAST EXCLAMATION. Received June 11, 2-13 p.m. Sydxev, June 11. Air Scddon was not too bright during tho day, and at 6.30 last night was sitting with Mrs Seddon in his cabin waiting for the dinner gong. : He suddenly placed his head on his wife's shoulder, and said, "Oh, mother," and expired immediately. Tho vessel was one huudrod and forty miles from the Heads at the time Dr. Minchin, the ship's doctor, has given a certificate that death was due to heart failure.
