Mr Scddon, m ail interview with Major Wardell, said as the New Zealand Exhibition was being held next year, he would liko to see the English Cricket Team visit New Zealand. Major Wardell informed him that though the Marylebone Club has decided not to send a team till the Australian dispute is ended, tlio Melbourne Club was arranging for the visit of a team, and ho hoped soon to liear something definite. If the negotiations were successful, every effort would be made to include New Zealand in the tour.
