SUCCESS OF MR. SEDDON'S MISSION. A TREATY CONCLUDED. Received 9, 1.5 a.m. Melbourne, June 8. In the House, after the final conference with Mr Seddon, Mr Deakin ntimated that the question of reciprocal trade with New Zealand was settled. Sir W. Lyne, who accompanied Mr Seddon to Sydney, stated that he hoped to have a treaty signed before he reached Albany. It is understood it provides for preference with regard to certain specified tariff items. The contents will not be divulged till the treaty has been umultaneously tabled in the New Zealand and Federal Parliaments.
