OUR LITTLE DINNERS

A ONE AND BIXPHNNY DIJfNM. 1. Stuffed sheep's heart and tablea. 2. Golden pudding, Becipes.— 1. Take three good sited hearts, wash and dry. Stuff with a mixture made of breadcrumbs, chapped onion, an ounce of ohopped suet, sage, and salt, moistened with an egg. Bake, with small pieces of dripping on them, basting them frequently. Some potatoes may be baked with them. Maahed Swede turnips or cabbage. Cost, lid. i. Mix quarter of a pound of chopped suet wtih half a pound of breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoonful of baking powder, and two tablespoonsful of marmalade. Bind with two eggs and a little milk. Steam for threa hours. Cost, 7d. Pood well digested brings health.
