They have also decided to distribute plain clothes constables through the crowds with the object of remonng persons using bad language. The departure is approved in football ciroles and by the Press.

Association and two of the Union'* committee, and two appointed by team captains. Contesting teams, may, however, choose their own refereei by mutual agreement up to within four days of a matoh.
