Si. Pxmsßrao, June 6. Fifty persons imprisoned at Bidom since January are unaware why they were arrested. They refuse food, with a view to hastening their trial Some are already delirious, and their relai tires are urging the Douma to interpellate the Government on the matter.
THE AGRARIAN PROPOSALS. A THREATENED STRIKE. Received 7,10,26 p.m. St. Fbtbrsbcbg, Jane 7, Socialist members of the Toil party proposed that the Douma refer the Agrarian programme to local committees elected on a direct universal suffrage. The peasant members o! Toil party, recognising that the socialists were merely disguised revolutionaries, refused their guidinee. The Moscow workmen, reversing their previous altitude, now strongly support the Duma. They contemplate a general strike if Goryemkin continues defiant, I but will not have recourse to an armedrising.
