Auckland, June 2. Horses i Fall yard. There was a good demand for young useful sorts. Unbroken draughts made £B2 10s to 643 10s. medium £2llos to £37 10s, good hacks and harness £ls 16s to £25, ordinary £6 15s to £ls 10s. At Bemuera beef steers made up to 21s, cows to 18s. Sheep: Moderate supply, Wethers made up to 21s 6d, ewes to 225, hoggets to 19s 9d. Pigs sold freely at advanced rates. JENKINS, MATTHEWS AND PIGOTT'S BEPOItT. At our Uremu yards on Monday we had a very big yarding, all pens and races being occupied . Prices were slightly on the up grade. We quote: Calv.-s IU, 2J.year steers 57a, store cows 3')s to s:ls, springing heifors 62s to 755, do. cows 59s Od to £4 Bs, fat cows £4 Is to £Us (id, 2} to 3lyear steers £3 19s, f year bullocks £4 10s bulls 42s to 60s, pony £l. ' At Waitara on Tuesday we had a very poor yarding, probably owing to the dirty weather preyailing. Calves made 7s, yearlings 14s 6d to 18s, 18months heifers 24s 6d, springing cows £4 ss, bulls 455, f.m, ewes Bs, haok 31s. NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MEKCANTILE CO.'S EEPOBT. Horses; Heavy draughts sold at from £2B 6s to £39, medium do. £23 10s to £35 6s, light harness horses £ll 10s to £2l, hacks £5 5s to £l9 10s, weeds £3 10s to £6 6s.
Cattle: Dairy cows sold at from £1 , 5s to £B, empty do. £1 17s to £3 Bs,oalves 15s to 245. Oxon sold to 21< per 1001b, cow 16s to 18s. Steers sold at from £5 17s 6d to £9 17s 6d, cows L 4 5s to L 7 2s 6d. Sheep: Wethers sold at from 18s 9d to £1 ss, owes 17s 9d to £1 3s 9d. Lambs, in full supply, sold well at from 13s 6d to 18s 9d for well fatted, other sorts 10s 3d to 13s. Pigs : Porkers sold at from LI lis to L2 7s, weaners 10s 6d to 16s. Hidos: Market firm.
