Both were sued for * £3OO damages, but counsel for plaintiff ulmittod there was no case against Watson, the door being operated at the ime by Baymond's men for his use. Hie evidence indicated that the diilo* nation of the door was due to dirt iccumulating on the sill, and freeing ho sheaves from tho rail by ratling it *hea pushed. The jury found for plaintiff for £260. Mr Justice DennU. r n i reserved the law point as to Bay•i tiid's liability, he not beihg the owner * 'f the building, or responsible for ita fittings. -
