Received 1,11.28 a.m. _ Madsid, June 1. The Archbishop of Toledo, Dr Bnndle, Archbishop of Westminister and other prelates officiated at the marriage of Princess Ena t and the King of Spain.

The pageant was a marvellous one in brilliant sunshine. Vast and tumultously enthusiastic crowds lined the route.

While returning to the Palace from San Gerenimo Church, the procession halted temporarily in Calle Mayor. Bouquets were showered from the balconies of the houses, including one concealing a steel bomb, which exploding towards the right, and between the hindermosfc horses and front wheels ef the Royal oarriage, killed a groom ud two horses and damaged the carriage. It also slightly wounded Marquis Sottomajor, an equerry riding on the right, and killed a lieutenant standing at the salute and four soldiers lining the route, A polioe bugler was decapacitated and two female spectators were killed and uumbeu injured. Duke Cornmachuelos, rushiag up, opened the door ot the carriage and dragged out King Alfonso and Queen Ena, who exhibited great emotion. Both reached the Palace uninjured.
