Mr Hogbon appealed for strictly technical instruction at Tf lute. No one suggested the Trustee? lid not administor the funds to thr best of their ability, but publicity should be given to tho expenditure. Mr Bird i?avo evidence regarding the conditions of life among the Maoris.
