Conusel objected to , Mr Thomson as having no locus standi [The chairman said the matter must br t brought before the Court in a proper way. Tho case was allowed to stand over till the end of the business, but Mr Thomson had then nothing to say, and the application was adjourned for repairs to be carried out.
