The second round for the Alexander trophy WHS played yesterday (Thursday) and resulted as follows: P. S. Johns ... 92 5 87 G. H. Morgan 97 yo L. Hansen 100 10 90 J. S. Melley 103 12 91 F. Holdsworth 105 11 91 R. Addcnbrooke 98 3 95 Four others competed. C. H. Weston, Johns, Morgan and Hansen have now qualified for the final. The May Putting Competition has been extended till the 7th June owing to the green being closed this week.
