MSB PHEBB ASSOCIATION. Wellington, May 31. The rccoimnomlutions of tbo Con. ciliation Board in connection with the coach workers dispute were filed this afternoon. The Bo;ird recommends that tho number of hours bo reduced from LS to 46 per week; that the minimum rate of wirje for competent men be £3 per week with Is BJd per hour for broken time, broken time to mean less than 30 hours in any one week; that pieoework bo abolished) except in the case of trimming, when the miniiuiiui wages must be paid; that preference be gr.mtcd to unionists conditional on the union accepting competent tradesmen without ballot or other elect'ion on payment of an entrance fee of it 6d, and a weekly subscription not exceeding Gd; that the award come into force on Ist July, and remain in force for three years. Therato of wage under the existing award, which only coTers Wellington and suburbs, is Is 3d per hour, but it is proposed that the new award also include all the districts as far north as Napier and Wanganui,
