RABBIT EXTERMINATION.

DR. DANYSZ'S EXPERI viENTS. Received 30 9, 38 p.m. Pjjhtii, May 30.

Dr E. Danysz has'arrived. He declined to give an opinion as to how the virus for the destruction of rabbits would act in Australia, as much depends on the climatic and other condition with which he is not at present familiar. He gave a non-committal reply to the query, whether there was any possibility of the disease spreading to other animals. His own opinion is it will not, but he intends that his experiment shall leave no doubt on the s.ibjcct. He prefers to demonstrate rather than to advance opinions.
