PKB PBBBS ASSOCIATION. Ddnedin, May 29. Tho crimina littings were resumed to-day before Mr Justice Cooper, when Alfred Walker Cooper was found guilty of stealing money, and sentence was deferred. William Korby and Thomas McNamara were acquitted of a charge of stealing rabbitskins, the jury finding there was not sufficient evidence of identification of the property. Tho skins alleged to be stolen were valued at £29, and i! ivas shown that accused had sold skins to the value of £69. WiNOANci, May 29. The Supreme Court opened to-day before the Chief Justice, Sir ltoberi Stout. Richard Howell was acquitted on a charge of robbery undor arms.
