QUARTZ MINING ON WEST COAST.
PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION, Ekewon, May *29. The Consolidated Gold Fields Company (English) has socurcd option Over the new Blackwater quartz reef find. A substantial deposit has been paid, and a large number of hands are being engaged. Full details are not yet available, but the mine is expected to prove extremely good, and will greatly benefit the Reefton district.
