Behun, May 27. The Reichstag, by 143 votes to 119, ■■ejected the proposal for a salary for n Secretary for the Colonies. Beceived 28, 9.1G p.m. Bkulin, May 28. The Reichstag has also refused a vote for the German South-West African Railway, because of dissatisfaction with he conduct of Colonial affairs. The ipposition included the Centre.
