FSB PBESS ASSOCIATION. Timabu, May 25. At the Supreme Court to-day, in a case of failure to complete the purchase of a property sold at auction for £1,700, a vendor claimed £3OO damages (including £IOO paid as doposit), he showing that market value did not exceed £llOO, and ho had been unable to get so much for it on an attempt at re-sale at the purchaser's risk. Defendant did not appear.
