FEB FBESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, May 25. When tho divorce suit of Jermiah Stevenson versus Nellio Stevenson and Hastings Eussell (co-respondent) was called at tho Supreme Court to-day, counsel for the respondent made an application to have the case hoard in camera. His Honour the Chief Justice said he had always laid down a rule that whore children were concerned there ought to be no publication, and following the precedent laid down by Justico Denniston at Christchurch, he granted counsel's request.
