A company to purchase the Great Cob&r Copper mine in New South Wales is beibg formed with a capital, of £750,000, ib shares of the same amount, in debenture! bearing 6 per ent. Interest. The company is issuing £660,000 worth of shares, and £600,000 worth of debentures. The purchase price ia £1,006,000.
