♦ ROZHDESTVENBKY BKSIGNB, GENEBAL AMNESTY IM. POSSIBLE. Received 24,11.16 p.m. St. Pbtbbsbuho, May 24. Admiral IBozhdestvensky has resigned as Chief of the Naval Staff owing to his health. It is send-officially announced at St. Petersburg that the granting of a full amnesty is impossible, while terrorists and bomb throwers continue their crimes.
