Martin Paget and James McGeorge were charged with breakin? and entering and with stealing whiskey, wine, bitters, etc. They were found ffuilty of receiving, but sentence was deferred pending GU decision of the Court )| Appeal f" ' he question whether there was sufficient evidence to go to the jury that the goods found in the men's huts were part of the stolen property. . Bail was allowed, accused in £2OO each aud sureties in £IOO each. :
