MR JELLICOE AIMING HIGH.

Deceived 17,12.20 a.m. Losdos, May 16. Mr E. G. Jellicoc applied in the Bow street Court for process on two informations against General McCallam (Governor of Natal), one by F. Cblenso, for acts of oppression in Natal, involving the illegal proclamai tion of Martial Law and the homicide of fourteen natives.

It was decided to hear the applications in private, and permission to admit a shorthand writer was rofused.

Mr Jellicoe announced that the application, under the circumstances, would be withdrawn.
