ALLEGED UNFAIRNESS TO' ANGLICANS. Received 13 10.21 p.m. London, May 12. Dr Ingram, Bishop of London, addressing a great mass meeting of churchmen at the Albert Hall, said the Education~BTthvas unfair. It practically confiscated the purpose for which church schools were built, and if it gave separate favored treatment. " to 4he Roman Church, that would be crowning uifairness to Anglicans. Unless the Bill was drastically altered, it would be fought from Parliament to Parliament until justice was done.
