Received 10,10.51 p.m Mslboobne, May 10. i The Court found Captain Butcher, master of the Aramac, guilty of careless navigation in connection with the collision- with the Nentes, but in consideration of Captain Butcher's previous good record,refrained from dealing with his certificate, but cautioned him.
