PRIMITIVE METHODIST SUNDAY SCHOOL.

At the anniversary of tho Queen street Sunday school last Sunday, Rev. Lyons preached eloquent sermons at all the services. The children's sinking was excellent, and was greatly appreciated by the large congregations that attended. The solos were taken by Misses C. Nixon, G. Moon, T. Gilbert and V. Gilbert. The following orchestra played for the items with great taste: —H. Salt (Ist violin), Miss Blanchett (2nd violin), Mr Blanchett (viola), Mr L. Blanchett (cello), Mr Ueare (flute), Mr Hoskin (organ). Mr Golding conducted with his usual ability. Mr Upton had charge of the arrangements and all are to he congratulated on the succoss of the services.

The children's singing of the hymns was to have been repeated on Monday night, hat owing to the rough weather this has been postponed until Thursday wock.
