A BOMB THROWING OUTRAGE. HOISTED ON HIS OWN PETARD.
A GOVERNOR SHOT. St. PgTBBSBtiBG, May 6. A. bomb thrown in Moscow wounded It. Dubasoff in the foot and killed his Bide and a sentry. Received 7, 11.46 p.m. St. Peteksbchg, May 7. The man who threw the bomb al M. DubasoS was clad in naval uniform Bud earned a forged passport. The explosion was heard for miles. The bomb thrower's head was blown off, and ionr others Mlled. It is officially Btated that M. Dubagoff had a marvellous escape, though the " Standard's' 1 Moscow correspondent learns he is badly wounded in the leg, side, and arm.
The Constitutional Democratic leaders at St. Petersburg, express gladness that the revolutionary attempts failed. A minority of the express exultation, and regrst that the attempt was not successful
Six unknown men, armed with revolver, shot and killed General Jcoltonowski, Governor of Ekatcrinoslav, and escaped.
