ANGLO-TURKISH RUPTURE.
AN EGYPTIAN AGITATOR. •London, April 30. The " Standard's" Berlin correspondent states that Mustafa Camel Paslia, a notorious Egyptian agitator, spent October at Berlin, and conferred with influential personages. Ho wrote articles advising Germany not to allow Great Britain to undermine the Sultan's powor in Africa, and also visited Constantinople and conferred with officials there. A GERMAN DISCLAIMER.
