ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.

He was found by two men on -fl the road with an ugly gash in hit 9 throat from which a considerable ""j quantity of blood had flowed. The ■ wound, which was apparently 1 with a table knife, is not considered dangerous, Farland has been in bad 1 ' health for some years and had lately " suffered from insomnia.
