• THE A.M.P. EXTENSION SCHEME. Received 27,10.7 p.m. Sydney, April 27. A difficulty has arisen in the ease wherein members of the A.M.P. Society seek to have the Society restrained from extending their business to England, owing to all the State Judges being members of the Society. Eventually Mr Justice Walker agreed to hear the case on the understanding that if an appeal ensued, it would be taken to the Privy Council, where the judges would be disinterested parties.
