ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
FEB PBESS ASSOCIATION Caktebton, April 26. At the inquest held on the body of Arthur Beals, a vordict of accidentally killed, owing to his head coming into contact with the Waingawa bridge, while loaning out to see if the injector of his engine,was in working order, was returned. Chbistchdbch, April 26. A littlo girl named Olaga Jenyns was run over by a steam tram at Woolstonat about 10 o'clock To'-day, and was injured so seriously that she is not expected to survive. She is eighteen months old. It is not known how she got under the tram, but her mother thinks that she must have attempted to follow the children to school, and havo got in the way of the tram. A man named Houry Hill, employed as a punter, fell from a soalfoldirg twenty-eight feet high at the exhibition buildings and broke one of his legs.
