Laing, Beadlo and T. Smith; secretary, Mr Alec Kill; treasurer, Mr Waters ; official medical examiners, Drs.'Fookes, Wylie, Walker and MeCleland.- honorary auditor, Mr Geo. Gray. The matter of fixing practice nights was left to committee, who will also arrange for rooms. On the motion of Mr A. R. Standish, seconded by Mr Fitzherbert, the membership fee was fixed at 10s for men, and 5s for boys under 19 ; and that a further list will be opened for honorary members at ss. Votes of thanks were accorded Mr Waters and Fitzherbert for their services as secretary and chairman respectively daring the past year.
