TEH press association. Auckland, April 25. The Fieshfiold Estate, at Tarpiri consisting of 9337 acres, sub-divided into 36 dairying and grazing fnruis,.was sold to-day. A large portion of the estate consists of rich reclaimed swamn well grassed. The sub-divisions ranged from 100 to 600 acres. The terms were one-fifth cash, one-fifth in six months, and balance in seven years at is per cent. Tho land realised from -s bd per acre for swamp land to £l2 per acre for rich grass land.
