The Berlin " Post" comment ioi; on Italy's " weather-cock" policy at Algeciras, states if Italy prefers to be the satellite of France and England, to being a member of the Triple Alliance, she must buy her experience. Other papers declare that after her attitude at Algeciras, it is impossible to doubt Italy's disloyalty.
