Percival; | Christvhureh, Sir John Hall; Hawora, Councillor Hirst; Gore, Councillor J. Gait j Oamaru, Robt. Milligan ; Palmerston South, Mr Clark j Timaru, J. Craigic; Blenheim, E. H. Penny; Picton, Dr. Redman. Messrs Myers, tho present Mayor, and Bradley contest Auckland. Messrs Patterson, the presont Mayor, and Rees, an ox-Mayor, contest Danuevirke. Messrs G. Gisuobke, April 18. John Townlcy was ro-eleetcd Mayor of Gisborne, an office which he has held for sixteen years in succession. Thames, April 18. ArchibahJ Burns was re-elected Mayor of the Thames.
