REFEREES' CONFERENCE. PUB I'BBSS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, April 16. The annual conference of tho New Zealand Rugby Referees' Association/ which has been held in Wellington during the holidays, concluded to-day. It was decided that the noxt annual meeting be held at Dunedin. Resolutions wero passed deciding to ask the New Zealand Rugby Union to give the Association representation on the Appeal Council and to recommend local unions to pass a by-law providing for rofcrees boing appointed by the Referees' Association.
