PKKPETKATED BY BULGARIAN REVOLUTIONISTS. INNOCENT VICTIMS. Received 10, 9.18 a.m. London, April 15. Bulgarian revolutionary baudl ari committing horrible outrages in Macedonia. Two chiefs of the Vurkhovist faction bnrnt the villages of Sibofka, forcing the wife of Anghcl Mcntiho, with her two little children, to enter a burning building, in which the victims were locked and iucinoratod. The atrocity was committed because Aughcl afforded hospitality to Saudanski, the head of a rival band.
