It appears there is a doubt about Kirriemuir starting iii the Champagne Stakes, as she was very larao after a gallop last week. In that ease, I will place Lady Landon 1 Edna May 2 Huascar... 3

The next event is the Great Easter Handicap, the principal race of the day, aud one in which a considerable amount •of interest is centred. To select the winner, or even the placegetters, is a very difficult matter. Munjeet will, no doubt, start a warm favourite, and may probably win. At the same time, there arc some very good performers that may be equal to beating Mr Stead's filly. However, to make an attempt to name the placed horses, I will suggest Cross Battery 1 Zetland 2 Starshoot ;)
