The New Plymouth Tennis Club's championships were continued on Saturday, providing some excellent play. Results: — MEX's CIIAMI'IOXSIIir SI.VCLUS. Dixon beat Taylor 6-2, 0-3, Smith beat Fookes 6-2, 1i.2. Nicholson beat. Dixon 6-1, 0-1. Smith and Nicholson play olf today for the final, at about 2 o'clock. LAWKS' StXIiLIM Miss MarDiarmid beat Miss 1. Taylor, 0-2, and won the chainpionship by beating Miss M. Govett 6-1, 6-1. I'OMMNEII UAXl'K'Al' IIOI'I'.LES. Miss King and Dixon (5) beat Miss I. Taylor and Macey (15) 60-18, and won the final against Mrs W. Bayly and Frtzhcrbert (20) 60-17.
