HASTINGS SHOW COMPETITIONS.

PUB FBESS ASSOCIATION ' Nbpibb, April' 4., Tho Hawses Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society held their fifth annual Autumn Show at_, Hastings to-day. The weather was showery, but the attendance, though not so large as last year, was very good under the cireum stances. The entries were not quite as numerous as last year, but there was a splendid display of vegetables, particularly potatoes.and a oapital show of fruit, including the Quest display of apples seen at any local show. The other competitions resulted as follows:
