GARRISON BAND BAZAAR.
There was another good crowd at tho Theatre Royal on Friday evening, and good business was done. There was much amusement and excitement during the Indies' nail-driving and : wood-sawing competitions. Three heats had to be [decided' in the nail-driving. Miss Foley won the firstAeat, Mrs F. Coleman the second, and Miss May Hart the third; the final was won by Miss Foley. The sawing was a soft thing for Mrs A. Coleman. The bazaar will be opened this afternoon and this evening, when only sixpence will be charged at the doors for adults. School children will bo admitted freo during the afternoon. To-night the Art Union and several of the biggest raffiles will bo drawn, and a big double programme of daneing will be given, Mr Allen, the secretary, asks us to state that the goods will be offered to-night at purchasers' own prices, as they must all be sold,
