The case against Crozier was then heard, and aftecMieariug the evidence of the Inspector and Crozier, and the letter's counsel,. the Magistrate dismissed the information with costs, on the ground that tho evidence as to weight of load Was not sufficient.
Mr Claude H. Weston (Weston & Weston) appeared for Pennington and Crozier.
The. decision is looked forward to with much iuterest. by carriers and other persons using vehicles in their business in both counties, as the Licensing By-laws in the Clifton County arc very similar to those of the Tarauaki County.
