It was stated that the trap doors were not effective, lie moved that the report, be referred to either the Borough Engineer or the Sanitary Engineer for report. (Jr. Wilson seconded, and said the matter should be dealt with by the Borough Engineer, Or. Monleilh said the engineer should also report on the drainage going into the creek. It was certainly most offensive at present.—Referred to the Borough Engineer to investigate and report.
