IUOS, wanes lor plaintill s son L2 lis Hi], and Its for two days' harvesting. In evidence, it was stated thai plaintiff's family of nine were engaged at Li; per week, to milli a herd of 1011 rows. I'laintilV was the .owner of the farm, and had lived on it prior to Cleniuw's lesjsc, and to dale. The milking agreement had been renewed, and continued to November :Hlrh last, when plaintiff alleged lie was asked lo stay on until tlic new milking miirlnnt's were 111 order. As these broke down I'l-oijucnl l.v. his services, and those of his family, had been frequently required. The defence was a denial of any liability after November 30th. 1(105. and that plainlilT had been allowed to remain 011 the farm at his own request, pending his receipt of a (iovernment appointment. After heaving evidence, the Magistrate reserved his decision. Mr tjuillium appeared for the plainlilT, and Mr Itoy for defendant.
