THE MATRON BESIGNS. PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION. Chbistciu iich, March 8. The Charitable Aid Board to-day accepted unconditionally the resignation of the Matron of the Waltham Orphanage, The Commissioners' report on the Orptlanaje management wis referred to a co.uinittee to report o:i, and it .was decided to discuss at a special meeting the question of continuance or otherwise of the Orphanage, and its future management.
