A charge of breaking and entering against Leigh Hunt, alias Leslie Holmes, was adjourned till Monday. Jens Thomascn was acquitted on a charge of having caused bodily harm to Harding, a seaman on the Pareora. Hearing of evidence is concluded in the case of Donald Mcßae of Beefton, charged with writing threatening letters to Magistrate Kenrick and Sergeant 1! earner.
