SURSCRIBERS' SYSTEM CRITICISED. TEE PBESS ASSOCIATION'. Dabgavii.i/e. February 19. Mr McKcnzie, Chairman of the North Auckland Charitable Aid Board, has reported on the. Northern Wairoa Hospital. He scathingly criticises the present subscribers' system, and upholds a Medical Officers' Board. He has suggested a conference at Aratapu for Board members and three hospital trustees, with the Chairman of the Auckland Board as president.
