ANGLO-FRENCH CONFERENCE. London, Feb. 16. The " Evening Standifrd" states that representatives of France and England are conferring in Loudon, and have arrived at a satisfactory understanding regarding all the troublesome New Hebrides questions. NO SETTLEMENT YET, SATISFACTORY PROGRESS. Received 18,12.20 p.m. London, February 17. Reuter states that there is no settlement yet in regard to the New Hebrides, though the commission is maki"g I satisfactory progress at the conference
