PROTECTING PATENTS.
AN AUSTRALIAN CONCESSION. Received 18,12.18 a.m. Sydney, February 18. The Federal authorities have decided that inventions p.iteuted in New Zealand shall lie open to obtain protection from the same dite as protection is extended in New Zealand. The application must be made to Australia within twelve months of the New Zealand application.
